GoTu is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (Pediatric) Near Quincy, MA

Responsibilities:

- Surgical background preferred but not required

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Order and maintain dental supplies and equipment
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions is a plus
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing procedures
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical records management and documentation

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental software is a plus
